Week #5
Sean's Daily Training Journal.

No training...I decided to give my body a complete rest from training today. My chest and triceps are pretty sore today as always after heavy barbells. I'll probably wait until Saturday to do some cardio. Today I'll just try and get in 5-6 nutritious meals and I started the day off with a scoop of VP2 upon waking which your muscles seem to soak up like a sponge. Next to the postworkout meal, as soon as you wake in the morning is an important meal as well. That's when your body has gone all night without any nutrients especially protein. So some high quality protein as soon as you wake-up will do wonders for muscle growth and repair.
Current Eating Schedule
(1/2 Gallon of Water Daily)
Meal #1- 1 Scoop of VP2 + 1000mg vitamin C, 400 IU vitamin E, 1 Multivitamin, 900mg Glucosamine/Chondroitin
Meal #2 - Whole Food
Meal #3 - Whole Food
Meal #4 - Whole Food + 1 Multivitamin, 900mg Glucosamine/Chondroitin
Meal #5 - 1 Scoop of VP2 + 1 tbsp canola oil
Legs should be ready to go tommorow...
