Thursday, August 2nd, 2001
No training...

    Today I'll use to rest by body after yesterday's grueling leg workout in sauna like conditions!  My legs are starting to feel like they will be sore the next few days.  Usually 48 hours after is the worst for muscle soreness.
 
 

Current Eating Schedule

(1 Gallon of Water Daily)

Meal #1- Whole Food + 1 Scoop of VP2 + 1000mg vitamin C, 400 IU vitamin E, 1 Multivitamin, 900mg Glucosamine/Chondroitin

Meal #2 - Whole Food

Meal #3 - Whole Food

Meal #4  - Whole Food + 1 Multivitamin, 900mg Glucosamine/Chondroitin

Meal #5 - Whole Food

Meal #6 -1Scoop of VP2 + 1 tbsp canola oil
 
 

Hope my legs are bearable for tommorow...
